Hooters Style Buffalo Chicken

Wanna create the ultimate sports bar atmosphere for March madness? Well your gonna need some spicy buffalo chicken to perfect your upcoming game day party. This is one of my favorite recipes because the sauce can be used for chicken wings, tenders, or even shrimp.
Savings: $15+
Ingredients: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
                   3/4 stick unsalted butter        
                   1-2 cups All Purpose Flour
                   1 tsp Cayenne Pepper              
                   1 tbsp Garlic Powder
                   2 tbsp Salt               
                   1 tbsp Paprika
                   4 tbsp Hot Sauce, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, Vegetable Oil
                   1 1/2 pounds of chicken yields 3 servings.

Garlic Pepper Tri-Tip Roast

 Looking for tender juicy steak on a budget? Tri-Tip is a relatively unheard of cut of beef in the south but is a big favorite in the western states like California. Also called the triangle roast, you won't find a better tasting steak for the price. Call now and I'll throw in my home made marinade recipe, for FREE!

Ingredients: Tri-Tip Roast
                    1 tbsp Garlic Powder
                    1 tbsp Salt
                    1 sprig Rosemary/ 3/4 tbsp dry
                    3/4 cup Olive Oil (EVOO)
                    1/4 cup Vinegar
                    2 tsp Black Pepper                  
                    2 pound roast yields 4 serving.

Grocery Style Fruit Bowl

Save money by making your own fruit bowl at home. The typical price of a fruit bowl this size  would be ridiculously high and its really easy. Personally I find it kind of fun and get the kids involved too, they will love it!

Ingredients: Pineapple
                     Cantaloupe
                     Strawberries
                     Grapes
